I Loved everyone there. Brittany did an awesome job and also went above for me because the dress I chose was discontinued and went to her manger to override it for me. That was a plus. Also the other ladies there were lovely. Brittany enjoyed my mom, and told me to bring her the next time I come with my bridesmaids! Definetly enjoyed my time there. I SAID YES TO MY DRESS AND RUNG THE BELL!!!

The staff was nice upon arrival. The associate assigned to help me was nice and informative. The cashier was not as pleasant and she made me feel like I didn't want to return. However, I saw several dresses that I liked for my bridesmaids and because of the first two ladies I interacted with I will give it another try.

The stylist was really good at choosing styles that had a similar bodice to what I was looking for even if the frilliness was a bit much she seemed to understand what I was going for.

I felt like I was pushed to try to make a decision on purchasing a dress even though we informed her this was our first time shopping for dresses. We basically pulled all of our own dresses, and she was not accommodating at all. She had to many opinions about MY wedding. It sucks because we all liked one dress but left without ordering it since we were being rushed to make a decision.

The ladies were very nice and as attentive as possible. There were periods when I had to wait for my dress stylist/consultant -because she was juggling a few customers at the same time. Overall, Chris and Ruby did a great job helping me decide on my dress. I previously located dress options on the internet and went to be fitted and see the dresses in person... Because of delays it was about a 3 hours process but I finalized everything and got my dress...
