I've been coming to this location for the past few years, and I am never disappointed with the quality of service that I receive. Most recently, I came in looking for a dress for my sisters wedding, and Grace was extremely attentive and helpful! I had no idea what I wanted or what I should get, but she helped me to find something that was perfect (& in my price range) in no time. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else, I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Avoid David's Bridal if you're a mother of the bride or groom. The selection is limited and poor at best!!! Even though we're typically the ones with the money, they're not worried about our business!

During coronavirus, my fiancée and I decided to get elope after both his parents passed. I came into Metairie DB and was helped immediately! I tried on and ordered my dress for my wedding the following week! The quickest, most cost friendly for my plus size frame dress from these awesome ladies, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can't express enough just how thankful I am and how amazing the service at David's Bridal was today. My sister and I visited David's Bridal without an appointment today. Despite not having an appointment, we were quickly helped and paired with Mrs. Irene. She was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs and evolving ideas. I would definitely recommend visiting David's Bridal.

I had all the problems with the Metairie location since the beginning. From losing my information to ordering the wrong dresses. They told me I could not get my dress altered until 30 days before the wedding. Even though what I needed was a hem. I’m not going to grow any taller or shorter in 7 months. Now That we are 30 days out and there is Covid-19 they are closed and we can’t get alterations done. The wedding I am standing in is 6/6 in Texas and as of now they are still allowed to have it. We were walk-ins however, we received patient and excellent help from Irene. She was thorough and made our search for a gown so much easier. Irene stayed late and suggested many creative additions that'll make for a unique gown for our debutante. Thanks, Irene, for your personalized and professional attention to us!
