I went in on a busy Saturday with no appointment to try on bridesmaid dresses. There was no selected dress for the wedding I’m standing in, just a color. Miss Irene was my consultant. She was knowledgeable, extremely personable and patient with me. I watched as she buzzed around and juggled several clients without missing a beat! You can’t lose with exceptional customer service like that!! She is a true gem.. She even asked for permission to hug me on the way out!! Of course I granted it! Kudos to Miss Irene!!
Stopped in for my bridesmaid dress fitting. Ms. Irene was very helpful and got me in and out quickly! She even went the extra mile and had me try on another dress just to be sure we were ordering the best size since they didn’t have my size in stock. Excellent service!

This store should be called the Bridal Salvation Army. The dresses are at best just not great. The consultations seem to only be working there only until they can get another job as they are not knowledgeable about bridal gowns. They only have a very limited amount of gowns to try on as they excuse is they sell the gowns off the rack so they never have many in popular sizes to try on.
