Consultant was very accommodating at first. I was booked for a 90 minute session. The next booking showed up an hour early for their party appointment and took my consultant from me. Very unprofessional. She was forced to go back and forth.
As with my first visit Kiva was fantastic..very patient, and helpful
I felt welcome as soon as I entered the store. Irene was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushie.
I went into David's Bridal looking for a veil. My consultant, Amanda, was fantastic. She showed me all the veils they had in store as well as some sold online. I picked one of the veils from online and was able to order it in store. She also found me a great blusher veil that I was able to take home that day.
My experience as a bride speaking to a sales Associate was terrible. She wasn't up to date on the policy and kept giving myself & my bridesmaid the run around but finally I got to speak to management and she helped me

Excellent service, my wedding dress come faster than expected arrival date, just wish my dress came in a box or colored bag instead of a clear bag for everyone to see!
Kendra P. was amazing! She made the experience fun and helped me feel like a real bride. She was very knowledgeable about the store stock and made great suggestions on dresses I wouldn't have even tried on.
Ashley was kind and helpful. She brought us several dresses to try on that we would not have tried on otherwise. She was professional and very attentive.
