Consultant was very accommodating at first. I was booked for a 90 minute session. The next booking showed up an hour early for their party appointment and took my consultant from me. Very unprofessional. She was forced to go back and forth.

I went into David's Bridal looking for a veil. My consultant, Amanda, was fantastic. She showed me all the veils they had in store as well as some sold online. I picked one of the veils from online and was able to order it in store. She also found me a great blusher veil that I was able to take home that day.

My experience as a bride speaking to a sales Associate was terrible. She wasn't up to date on the policy and kept giving myself & my bridesmaid the run around but finally I got to speak to management and she helped me
