If I could they wouldn’t even get one star. The woman that helped us would not let us go look around at the dresses. We had to go off their dress chart and pick two dresses. And the bride had to explain to the woman 3-4 times that we were picking out our own style(none of us will have the same dress). We felt extremely rushed. We had 1 hour for 4 girls. If you want people who care about your experience, if you don’t want to be lied to by the manager on duty, if you don’t want to have go through a hassle with corporate (who was perfectly nice and easy to deal with) to get a refund after this store messed up your order twice then DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.

Horrible store! Very over crowded! I had purchased my wedding dress there 3 weeks ago along with the over priced slip. Turns out I found exact slip for only 29.00. They were asking 89.00 so when I got the email that the slip has arrived and ready to be picked up I went up there to just get the refund for the slip I nor longer needed. I was told no refunds. UPDATE: I had to change this rating to a 1. One of my bridesmaid informed me that when she bought her dress not only was she charged twice which messed up her account. But the consultant who checked her out gave her MY DRESS INFO, SIZE, PRICE, STYLE , EVERYTHING on her receipt. Total breach of privacy. This is the worst experience for my entire wedding party. One star seems a little dramatic, but I certainly don’t feel like I was treated “fairly” either. As soon as I mentioned that I came in to see an advertised dress for $99 it was like my friend & I were invisible. That same $99 dress I was told on the phone three hours prior was IN STORE, it wasn’t. It was okay for my first appointment. When I asked about layaway it wasn't explained to me but you better believe their in house financing program was! Had to go on the website and find the information myself. The manager was nice but I felt like it was disorganized and only got to try on 1 of the dresses I picked out from my favorites I saved in the app.

I had scheduled both my bridesmaids and wedding dress try on with back to back appointments last month not realizing it was a sale going on. Luckily i already had my bridesmaids dress selected they only needed to fitted. When it came time for me to try on weddding dresses we almost left becaise i was so overwhelmed, and almost in tears. Please do not get your dress here! My dress broke on my wedding day and their customer service has done nothing but continue to put me through a stressful situation!!!! I reached out to them before my wedding and now after my wedding, after the dress broke on my wedding, after all the bad service.. They are offering to fix my dress and that's it. Why would I care to have my dress fixed at this point?! David's bridal is horrible!!
