The worst customer service I've recieved in a long time! Got there to pick up my wedding dress and it was handed to me and the lady took me to the fitting room and left. Didn't even help me zip the dress. Awful awful customer service.

Ordered a bridesmaids dress from there, they never emailed me when it came in and they have a 7 day pick up policy. Only found out it was in a month early was cause my mom picked up hers and the lady said they don't have time to call everyone. So my dress came in early, nobody emailed or called me but I have 7 days to come get it or it's put back on the rack or sent back.

Was not impressed with this place at all. The experience of trying on dresses and the lady helping me out was good, although she did not give me any options on veils. I got called and emailed that my special order was in and I had 5 days left to pick it up (I live over an hour away). I get there and it's not my dress it's the slip that goes underneath my dress and they ordered the wrong one. After an hour trying to figure it out they gave me a different one. Absolutely the worst service ever! My daughter got a wedding dress and 5 bridesmaids dresses and was treated horrible by the staff. Totally understaffed and no care at all! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not a very good experience, my consultant Elaine seemed very pushy because I didn't like any of the dresses she picked out. But she clearly had my online profile printed out with the dresses I liked. Of course they only had one of the dresses in a size 12 I'm a 14 so that didn't work. Also she didn't ask or help my bridemaids find anything and when I didn't say "Yes to the Dress" our consultant ELaine was really pissed. So I will not be going back.
