This place is classic money talks. Our “stylist “ was extremely rude to the bride and bridal party. Telling one that “her friend needs to work on her budget” well what she didn’t know was her grandmother was paying for it and ended up picking something that was double what she told her. The only reason this review gets one star is because of the cleanup crew (actual polite employee) that came to help my fiancé and her bridesmaids try on dresses. After the first saleswoman spent hours pestering her into trying to buy more expensive dresses and not allowing her to try on dresses slightly out of budget (which they were in budget to begin with) and was overall just a terrible employee. My bridal party and myself had a horrible time this past Sunday at Davids. I wound up leaving the building upset that a special day had been ruined and felt anything but special. While my party and I did arrive early for our fittings we were told this would not be a problem and would be helped shortly, not a problem, we spent time looking at dresses and having a fine time. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION..... I dealt with a saleswoman name Michelle standing at the hostess stand. She seemed to be PLEASANT. But as soon as I turned my back to speak with a manager she talked about me in a very rude and unflattering way to another sales person in the store. I spoke with the Manger Angela. Even though I found my dress at David's if it wasn't for my daughter I would not if had any help at all. My appointment was as 12.00 and I had to wait. When they finally told the consultant I was there she said she was busy with someone else. I was put in the dressing room the consultant came in and told her what I was looking for. She seemed preoccupied. She left and again we waited. My daughter looked out of the dressing room after about 15 minutes and she was busy with the other party. She said Oh I'm going. I had a horrible experience at Davids Bridal where I ended up in tears in the store. I had my appointment for 11am. I got the email for confirmation and a reminder call the day before about my appointment. They also reminded me that it would be 60 minutes. We got there about 10 minutes early and waited for someone to help us. By the time some one cam to the front there were three groups waiting. Would not pay press my dress I bought because I did not need alterations. The manager standing with machine in hand told me I will not press the dress unless you have alterations or pay 15.00

The customer service is excellent. However, if you are a plus size girl who is pregnant, they have NOTHING for you to try on in store. They have a pretend pregnancy pillow which doesn't fit around someone larger than a size 14 that you can use to help assist with that a dress may look like. In fact, looking online David's Bridal maternity dresses do not go past a size 18. Really? So larger ladies don't have babies?
