Clean and welcoming environment. Very pretty rooms with plenty of areas for charging devices which is always a plus. I didn’t love that the only elevators were a very long walk down a narrow corridor to get to the hotel room. Seems like a second elevator bank would be helpful. Great food and casino fun and clean!

Nice hotel, make reservations for breakfast We enjoy staying at the hotel when we go to a show there. We HATE that the hotel restaurant is so small and cannot accommodate more guests for breakfast. We had to go off site for breakfast and did not return as originally planned. I'm sure that happens regularly. PLEASE update/upgrade your gift shop. Casino and hotel were excellent. Do to time constraints, we had to grab a quick (or so we thought) bite at Smash Burger. They were grossly understaffed. We at at one of the tables in the food court and when we did finally get our order. Buried under the napkins and condiments our burgers were just thrown on the tray (no wrapping or plate), the buns were cold and it was very unappetizing.
