Check in rude. Toilet ran 2 nights, we had to fix it. No hairdryer. Had to search one out. Check out with Zachary great. He said he gave us a credit due to the 2 nights of no sleep and helped deduct Expedia for early checkout due to emergency doctor apt. As of now not reflected on Discover card.
