I recommend Dr Trotter and his office without reservation, you get what you pay for in this world and Dr Trotter provides the most technically advanced care in a painless manner!! These negative reviews about insurance and payment are not an issue with me as I'm happy to pay for service well rendered. Perhaps you disappointed people should pay a higher insurance premium for better reimbursement or better yet recognize that your insurance company isn't looking out for your best interests,, but Dr Trotter is!

I am consistently impressed with Dr. Kevin Trotter and his staff at Dentistry at the Heights. Everyone in the front office is friendly and efficient. The hygienists are all skilled and knowledgeable. Equipment is state of the art. Dr. Trotter is exceptional in his knowledge about dental issues. He expertly bonded a gap in my front teeth that held after bonding at another dentist's office failed twice. I highly recommend this office for all dental needs.

Dr. Trotter is the most professional, ethical, practical and kind dentists I have ever been to. Unlike many dentists, he is not looking to make a quick dollar. Rather, he is always looking for the most efficient and sound way to promote dental health. Also, his staff is experienced and courteous. I can't recommend this practice enough.

I visited Dr. Trotter's office yesterday for the first time and I'm glad I did. They were able to accommodate me earlier than scheduled due to a bothersome and painful tooth. I unexpectedly needed a restorative gum procedure as well as placement of a crown after multiple imaging was done and he was able to do it all without me having to come back at a later date. Dentistry at the Heights has a way of making a patient feel like they are their only patient. They take the time to explain every option and answer all questions. Dr. Trotter is extremely knowledgable and has a professional, courteous, well run office. I would highly recommend going to Dentistry at the Heights.

I've been a patient for over 3 years now and having a Dentist and staff that I can trust to do a fantastic job is well worth the commute from Manhattan to Brooklyn. The staff is pleasant, the office is clean, and you can listen to your favorite playlist or watch TV if you want, while getting a cleaning. The technology Dr. Trotter uses is top notch, which not only helps with accuracy, but also efficiency. A procedure that would normally take two visits, took one. I have been a patient for 34 years! First with Dr. Nathan Trotter and with Dr. Kevin Trotter. I have had very extensive dental work including many implants. I love this office! Dr. Kevin Trotter is very professional, uses very modern and high tech procedures. If I could give ten stars I would. I've been a patient at Dentistry at The Heights for nearly two years and every visit is a pleasure and the results are as good as I could have hoped for. I brought my daughter and the hygienist was awesome. You could tell she loved working with children. She was super patient and calm. The office had toys, a million shows for kids to choose from to distract while cleaning each of our teeth and a toy goodie bag my daughter is still working her way through.
