I am completely baffled by some of the bad reviews. This place is unbelievable -- it's just a great dentist office. State-of-the-art equipment and techniques. Extremely friendly and knowledgable staff. Plus, they fought for every penny for me from my insurance company (everyone knows dental insurance companies can be very unaccomodating). I had multiple crowns and veneers done here ... and its been basically 100% pain free -- just some very mild discomfort. One of the best dentists in the area -- if not THE BEST.

I wonder why only the negative reviews are being posted by yelp, while my previous 5star review was filtered? Weird. Dentistry at the heights has helped to cure my fear of visiting a dentist. Dr. trotter is skilled and knowledgable. I happily recommend this office.

I recently had a very old and unattractive Maryland Bridge removed and replaced with a lovely new porcelain bridge by Dr. Kevin Trotter of Dentistry At The Heights. I was so nervous about getting it done, but the entire procedure went smoothly. There were just three visits: tooth imprint, prep with temporary bridge and a final visit for the permanent bridge bonding. I've been going to Dr. Trotter's practice for several years now. This past 8 months I went through an incredible amount of work to correct some gaps between teeth (due to periodontal work). The end result came this past Monday and I'm pretty ecstatic. My new teeth look and feel like my own. Barely had to wait in the waiting room, very quick exam and pleasant hygienist and dentist. Comprehensive treatment plan and costs laid out for next time, the only thing that would make it better: if I had dental insurance! But as far as I can tell from my initial visit, nice staff and competent docs.

Love this place. The entire staff is wonderful. From the minute you walk in you are greeted with courtesy and professionalism. I've had to wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes and the receptionist has been attentive and apologetic each time. The hygienist was friendly and gentle. Dr. Trotter is the best - he's casual but professional, very easy to talk to and he's extremely patient. I have been going to dentistry at the heights for almost two years now, on the recommendation of a friend. Dr. Kevin Trotter has helped me get my teeth back to optimal health and maintain it. He is very professional, straightforward, patient and reassuring (for those of you who might dread going to the dentist!). His office staff is very friendly and do a great job taking care of business. I highly recommend going there for a cleaning as well!! Awesome new oral hygienist, Christina!

A-ok, so far. We pay up front with a credit card savings account that we set up to specifically pay for the care. The appointments start on-time and the office is never crowded or overbooked. The office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Trotter did not do my filing, but the woman who did was wonderful. I have a cracked molar and need a crown, Dr Trotter and his office have created a treatment plan spelling out what is needed and how much each treatment will cost with contingencies.
