I have been Kevin Trotter's patient for many years, for issues that required just a quick look and issues that required several visits and took nearly as much sweat and patience from the doctor as from the patient. In all cases, Dr Trotter's bedside manner was wonderful, as for his professional skill, let's just say that once you've gone past two implants, you either never want to see the same dentist again or he's become the friend who saved your mouth. I've been seeing Dr. Trotter for years now -- and my teeth are looking better than ever! Over the years, I have had two implants and have chosen to replace my old composite fillings with porcelain. As a result, my teeth are white & healthy and I love my smile. Dr. Trotter is a well trained professional who clearly cares about dentistry, and so do his staff, who stay with him for years. My husband, son and I have been patients of Dr. Trotter and his team at Dentistry at the Heights for many years and we couldn't be more satisfied. If you are looking for a dentist/office who are professional, caring and patient with state of the art equipment, look no further. If you are a nervous patient such as myself, your concerns will be heard and you will be treated with the utmost patience and skill.

Great experience at this office. From the front desk staff to the doctors and hygienists, I had a really enjoyable experience. Christiana was fantastic and through with her cleaning and Dr Tomizawa was conservative with her approach and was very personable. All my insurance and financial questions were answered by the front desk. I've found my new dental home!

Let me start by saying I live in St. Petersburg Florida The night before my sons wedding I lost a tooth in a denture. It happened at 10 pm. The next morning I made a call from the airport and to my surprise I found this amazing dental practice. I told them I would be there at about 2 pm and when I hadn't arrived I got a call asking if I was still coming. I arrived at 2:45 and was greeted by the friendliest people I've met in a long time. I've been going here for 5 years now. I switched from a Dentist in NYC. It's very easy to schedule an appointment and I receive excellent preventative treatment from the hygienist and thoughtful consulting and specialized work from the primary dentist. I've had many dental issues and I can highly recommend this place for a variety of treatments. You're in good hands.

Every time I'm in the office the staff is welcoming, kind and helpful -- 100% service with a smile. This makes a big difference to a patient like me, who is nervous at any doctor or dentist appointment. Dr. Trotter and his staff always put me at ease -- and explain the process for any procedure every step of the way, even when it's just a cleaning. Let me start by saying I did not like the dentist until I found Dentistry at the Heights. I've been a patient here for approximately 15 years. Dr. Trotter is absolutely the best dentist ever. He is patient and uses the most up to date technology to aide in assessing what care your mouth really needs. This is an edit to my original review posted a few hours ago. If you receive a scary notice from your insurance company that says you may owe much more in co-pays than you have already paid, call the office. I originally gave Dentistry at the Heights two stars because I saw the previous reviews that claimed outrageous bills from insurance after the office quoted much lower rates and I was terrified that that had just happened to me.
