Javier and Angel came out and snaked the drain after going under the house and verifying that the laundry drain was actually 2" and not 1.5". They also provided me with pictures of where the cast iron and galvanized sewer pipe under the house has previously been spliced with ABS and gave an estimate of what it would cost to replace all the old sewer lines. The work was done professionally and at a fair price. I was especially impressed by the work performed by Ariana Maciel. She was very helpful in explaining what she would do to solve the problem, and her work was efficient and quick. She also looked at a couple of possible future projects that I need to consider, and her diagnosis of problems and solutions offered were clear and set at a reasonable price, especially as compared to local competition. A clear up of my clean-out located in my front yard.

Taylor was on time, professional and upfront about costs of services/repairs. He was able to use a snake to unclog our toilet despite my toddler's best efforts (apparently flushed a 3" round pencil sharpener down toilet). Taylor was surprised he was able to get it out, normally it would have been a larger repair (replace toilet). Thanks Taylor for providing your A game and saving us a lot of time/money. Ariana arrived on time as scheduled by the office and she clearly communicated that they work on a specific repair menu and not hourly. It is a better approach because we want the issue fixed and not keep adding variable items later. She quoted the price (and the visit fees which was pre-specified before I made the appt). Our powder room toilet floor boards were bulging out due to some moisture which we were unable to find.
