The technicians were very professional and polite. Even though it took three visits the situation warranted it. We are very happy with the results. Water flow problem in the shower

They extend the copper and fixed the issue , which was an incorrectly connected pex . They were quick and efficient. Needed to have a pex leak fixed at connection to old copper plumbing

The work done was partly based upon an inspection. I called and reviewed the findings with the owner, Andrew, to help me decide which of the items were necessary vs. optional and was then able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Ariana and Javier did a great job the next day. They were on time, professional, explained everything to me and cleaned up. I had, I thought, a simple project: remove an old bathroom faucet and install a new one I had purchased at Home Depot. But when it comes to plumbing, things are often not as simple as they seem. Fortunately, the team from Dependable knew what they were doing, even when they encountered original, no-longer-standard-sized angle brackets, and a hole in the P-trap. Overall good service work. Got an immediate call back for the quote requests. Patrick in the office is superbly professional and called and updated as promised. These guys are the Rolls Royce of emergency plumbing. We had clogged pipe that needed to be rooted with a spinning snake. Of course it was Saturday when all this happened. They answered the phone and scheduled an spot and wrong time We got two plumbers in two two trucks The Arianna had actually been a foreman on her previous job so was way above the skill level you would expect on a weekend plumbing call.
