The work performed is first rate. There was a root caused blockage from the neighbor’s 2 year old fig tree, which was cleared on the first day(Saturday), hence no need for a portable privy. The next afternoon work commenced on digging to uncover the sewer connection at the corner of my property. They properly covered the hole with plywood anchored to the adjacent sidewalk to prevent any one from harm from falling in during off hours, and maintained that protection throughout the job. I wanted to take a moment to write about the exceptional work done at my house today by Dependable Plumbing. A valve that I use to turn off water to the inside of the house failed... It was about 5 pm, and I turned off the water to change a sprinkler head in my backyard, and when I turn the water back on, the pipe burst. Isreal M was the lead and his team was great. They were there on time, paid attention to detail, and kept my small house clean while demolishing my old bathroom and replacing the rotting floor with a concrete slap. The tile man did a great job and discussed with me my options on how to configure the tile design prior to putting it in. While redoing the plumbing for the shower they also installed new fixtures for the second bathroom (the old ones were leaking). Andrew and Juan were prompt (early, actually, which was nice), courteous, and professional. Andrew explained the work fully, discussed issues as they arose, and completed the work well. We looked at another project that will have to be addressed in the future so I know what to expect in terms of results and cost. Overall I'm impressed with their professionalism and no-BS way of doing business. I definitely know who I'll call the next time I need some plumbing work done. Andrew was able to clear out a nasty root issue and also fix supply line and reset toilet. It was a major relief to have him promptly investigate and repair all issues. Drain service
Went well. Replaced the water heater. They carry expensive water heaters, OC Smith, so hopefully will last a long time. After installation the water heater was making some strange noises; they came out quickly to check it out (had stopped) and the company also called me.
Dependable was on time and did what they said. It was 2 days befor Christmas and we couldn't use our plumbing because of the roots in the sewer in the street the city was no help, Dependable got it fixed and we enjoyed our holiday! New Clean out at the property line and roots cleaned out of the sewer.
Dependable Rooter and Plumbing had the solution I needed to hear. On Christmas day water streamed out of the meter box and wasted into the street. It continued off and on for days. Three other companies came, they looked, offered quick-fix ideas but couldn't get to my job until after the holidays, and after I had the driveway torn up. Went well. The person got it unclogged very fast. Took about 15 minutes. Had a clogged toilet due to my son flushing a toy.
