The room was freezing and the AC unit did not allow you to moderate or turn off the air. I developed a cold several days after my stay. Although I loved the new rooms, I would not stay there again due to the cold rooms.

The hotel was amazing! So clean and beautiful. Surprisingly, it was also extremely quiet although it’s apart of the casino. The front desk was welcoming and helpful. Whenever I travel to Louisville, I will always stay at this hotel.

Very nice, staff was great. Wish hotel had preferred parking area. One member of our group is handicapped and only 1 time during our stay did we get that parking. Also we stayed on 2nd floor and sound from band could be heard distinctly, thank goodness they were good!
