Everything was good with the exception of cooling system. Went to front desk several times, the attendants were very helpful. They would call fasciltes and it would be warmer for about 1 1/2 hr, when go back to freezing again. Front desk gave us a blanket and heater. But disappointed that no one would come to room and fix whatever the problem was . Did have to ask for maid service, trash was overflowing and needed clean towels.
