All of the staff were helpful, and kind. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I will say to no fault of the hotel other patrons do not know how to hold their hotel door so it doesn’t slam. With the casino open 24 hours the slam their hotel does all hours.

AC did not work The room was clean and nice. However, upon me checking in my room was at 73 degrees. I tried to adjust the thermostat to below 70. Let me changed it to 60 degrees but immediately moved and locked it at 67. Room continued to get hotter up to 74 degrees before I left to get food. I called the front desk within 30 minutes of check in. Reported it and was told they’d call maintenance. Waited another 30 minutes to call again and told them I had to leave for a conference. Great place to stay for ADULTS I was extremely impressed with this property although it’s fairly new . The hotel room is huge and they made available all the amenities you would need . They covered everything!! The only thing you should know is that ABSOLUTELY NO ONE UNDER 21 is allowed on the premises of the property . My 17 year old daughter and I had to be escorted of the property as soon as we walked towards the door. The security police were really nice about it though.
