Excellent We went for a couple getaway, and I could not say anything bad about the hotel casino or restaurant. We had a wonderful time, service was amazing, rooms are absolutely gorgeous, we ate at Oliver‘s chophouse, and the food was phenomenal. We will definitely be back and we will highly recommend this hotel and casino to our friends and family.

Rooms are clean no housekeeping once your in for your stay they dont give you hand soap to wash your hands at the sink!Had to go to desk and beg for some! Showers nice but hot water a problem had to get it hot! Rooms very noisy by airport hear the planes all night and day! Gambling a joke only slots have no video Roulette or craps or poker its a joke race track room a joke no programs and to cash out if lucky you win machine dosent work and cant bring voucher to cashier cause they say that part is churchill downs have to go ... read more

We only stayed one night. We stayed in the luxury room. Very large room. Everything was very clean except a used bandaid that fell out of the bedding. No weird smells in the room. Hallways smell very good. Like air freshener. We didn’t get to use the casino but it’s very close to the hotel lobby. The surrounding area didn’t look very nice. This hotel is around 15 min from downtown area and 8-10 min from Kentucky expo center.

Clean and safe! Best smelling hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bed was comfortable. Ease of logging into Netflix. Modern, & Safe. Perfect. Had trouble with checking in but the manager was able to fix the issue immediately. 100% will stay here again!

My hotel stay was fabulous! The staff was very professional and polite, especially Pam and Brandon at the bar. They were very friendly and they made sure we got what we ordered in a timely manner. The food was hot and satisfying. I’m glad to know this hotel is in Louisville because I’ll definitely be staying again.
