Great service and installation
I recently purchased four rooms of Fabrica carpeting from the LaGrange location. The selection and ordering process went very smoothly. The two installers were incredible! Such hard working guys and very accommodating. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Took them all day to do the job but worth it. The carpeting looks fabulous!
Very attentive to our needs regarding the area rug that was necessary for our entertainment room. Personnel walked us through many different options taking into consideration price point and functionality. I would recommend DeSitters to anyone!
My carpet purchase went very smoothly. My salesman Allan was very responsive. You came out to measure very quickly, my order was placed and the carpet installed in a short time period. The quality of the carpet is very good also.
Twice this summer, we've needed carpet repairs in our basement and both times the DeSitter crews were professional and did excellent work. We may need our wood floors resurfaced, and we intend to give DeSitter a call.

Had a few problems with having phone calls returned prior to getting a contact.also the people that moved the furniture did not return until the following day.They were supposed to be back to reset late afternoon or early evening.But we are very satisfied with the new floor.the work was done on schedule and the installer was excellent.He was prompt efficient and professional.Also did a very good job of cleaning up.overall a very good experience.
