Our sales representative, Paul Massey, had great product knowledge and very capably guided us to an appropriate solution for our needs. The installation team did a high quality, professional job.
DeSitter was very professional with delivery and install. I highly recommend them as they not only do an exceptional job installing to your wishes but also clean up afterwards was so well done, I didn't see a scrap left over.
My custom carpet was made and delivered in a timely fashion. The sales reps were very friendly, and knowledgeable. The delivery guys helped get it situated just were I wanted it !!

Our salesman, Allen, listened carefully to us, helped us with our selections and gave us insight and practicality about what and how to choose. After we took samples home, he came out to measure and the process flowed smoothly and wonderfully. We were pleased with the carpet layers and their expertise.
