Paul did a great job helping my Mother and I with the carpet selection. There is so much to choose from, but he was able to narrow the selection down to where is was easier to choose. Installation went great too. We are happy with the purchase.
Dessitter Flooring was terrific to deal with for the purchase of new carpet for our basement. They provided excellent advice, were timely in their responses and offered a good selection of carpet. This is the second time we utilized this retail establishment and will utilize them again if the need arises.
I had a crew come out to fix a torn up piece of carpeting caused by our dog choosing it for a meal. I went into the office on a Tuesday and the guys were here by Thursday. The guys were extremely professional and did a great job. We cannot even tell where the problem was. Thank you Desitter !!!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Hana Steinke when shopping for hardwood flooring. After having second thoughts about my first choice she asked the manufacturer to provide a photo of a larger layout of the floor prior to shipping. Just had our carpeting installed yesterday. Looks great. The installers really worked hard and were very good. We highly recommend DeSitter Flooring. This is the third time we have used DeSitter Fooring and would not use any other carpet company.

It was nice to walk into the showroom with an old carpet sample I wanted to match, and have an almost perfect match shown to me on the 1st try! Installation was fast & professional.
