Had to wait for the particular wood flooring I ordered, but once it came in the installation went very easily. The installers were very helpful and cleaned up everything when finished.
I was very impressed with my experience at DeSitter flooring. Our sales person, Tim, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and had great follow up. We shopped for our carpeting at several different retailers, and landed with DesSitter. We have been very happy with our decision.
I chose Desitter because they were local and for the length of time in business. After my first encounter with Paul Massey in the showroom, I knew they would do my floors. I chose luxury vinyl tile. His courtesy and expertise in their products was outstanding. The 2 year installation warranty topped the cake. He was timely in responding to my phone calls and emails. I thought your people down to the installers were absolutely fabulous and I totally would recommend to everyone. Currently getting carpet installed next week again.
We have been working with DeSitter over the last six months, refinishing hardwood, replacing carpeting with hardwood and updating all of our bedroom carpeting. Every step of the way, from Terry being incredibly patient through our dining room "the rug makes the room" experience to our "it has to be red and it has to be soft" decisions and with each team of installers, we could not have asked for more.
Had a great experience from the initial phone call answered by Tim, to meeting with Tim several hours later, then having the measurements taken by none other than, wait for it...., TIM!!!. No he didn't install the carpet as well but the guys who did were efficient, pleasant, and capable. The price was competitive and the product that Time sold us is high quality.
From start to finish great job
We had hardwood floors installed throughout our first floor. Todd and his team went above and beyond. The floors look beautiful and the attention to detail was awesome!
The selection was great, as was the price and the crew was early and proficient
