Having used DeSitter in the past for our home, I contacted them about a commercial project for our company. Tim Kelliher was great to work with and was very accommodating to our design needs. We wanted a very specific design that we had developed and he helped set up meetings with the carpet manufacturer so we could make it happen. The two gentlemen who came to install our carpets were professional, skilled, and courteous. They did a great job and we love our new carpets. The entire experience was a pleasant one and I would deal with DeSitter again. I will pass the word to friends.
Our salesman, Paul, was excellent in showing us what we wanted. The measurement guy came out the next day. We ordered that week and had new carpet in our basement before you know it. Everyone from start to finish was professional and we love our carpet!
Wanted a dark grey, low pile carpet for office. Made the selection. When it was installed, it turned out to be more blue than grey. My salesperson knew i was looking for grey and should have let me know that this selection would have been more blue. Nevertheless, after installation of the carpet, my wall color looked horrible with the color of the carpet. I ended up quickly repainting and now it looks great!
