Couldn't be happier.... We worked with Karen at the showroom located in LaGrange, who worked tirelessly in helping us pick the perfect carpet for our staircase runner. The installation team was polite, efficient, and clean, and did a great job. We will definitely go back to DeSitter in the future!
The crew came on time, was neat and professional. The crew chief repaired a spot on the adjacent carpet damaged by a dog; the repair was seamless. All moved furniture was returned to its original location in good shape.

Your new showroom is fantastic. The selection of carpet and tile is outstanding. It was nice not to have to go downtown Chicago to see so many choices. The Showroom in Glen Ellyn is wonderful. Our representative was excellent and knowledgeable and was able to find a perfect solution for us. The installation was timely and fit our schedule easily. The install team arrived promptly and were very efficient. The install was excellent as well. Our overall experience was way above normal expectations and as a result, we are bringing forward an additional project or two.
