The carpet is amazing and the service was exceptional. Great installation, no chuncks in trim or walls, very clean and took carpet away for free.
Worked with Karen in Lagrange. She was really helpful in choosing a carpet for my basement remodel. Carpet has not yet been installed, so cannot comment on that.
We have been long time customers with DeSitter flooring. Allan Beuke could not have been more helpful to us in choosing new carpet for two areas in our house. He was informative and patient in our selection of the carpeting. The installation was perfect. We are very pleased with the final product.
We needed nice and reasonably priced carpet to update our home to sell. Our representative was knowledgeable and Desitters had a package for our needs. After shopping other places, I knew I could not beat the price. Installation was fast and neat.
The sales experience was good but what we were impressed with was the quality of the workmanship. The workers were careful and quick. they did a large job in 1 day and left the house very neat.
