Part one of our complete home reflooring and kitchen remodel was to have our basement re-carpeted. Victor and his crew did a wonderful job - came on time, installed beautifully and cleaned up afterward. We're now looking forward to part two of our carpet project.
The company is incredibly responsive, without being overbearing. Also, there are so many carpet choices that it's hard to know what's right - wool? no wool? what looks like wool but is poly etc. etc. and that's even before you start to choose color. DeSitter worked with me for a long time in different sections of the basement to decide which color was right and offered expertise that I had not considered. The quality and cost for your carpeting is what has impressed me, and makes coming back for additional needs easy.
Installers showed up on time and did a great job installing basement and stairs carpeting. We have had Desitter do wood floor refinishing, tile installation, carpeting our entire second floor (SilkStrand) and now the basement and we have been very pleased with all. And they NEVER left a mess! Thanks again to Tim!
Very professional. There was a mistake though. The owners (DeSitter) called me. We took pictures. It was all worked out quickly, creatively, and to my satisfaction. They all acted promptly.
We had the upstairs space and stairs to the basement done last week. I was amazed at how quickly they did the work, in and out in one day!, and how neat and professional the team was,. They did an amazing job and I now love walking barefoot on the new rugs.
