We love our new carpeting! The installers did a great job--they were courteous, friendly, and efficient. The whole basement was completed in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend DeSitter Flooring, in Glen Ellyn.

We had been through two basement floods in our home two weeks after moving in. DeSitter Flooring staff were very kind and helpful working with our schedule for arranging and rearranging installment around our basement repair. The also helped us find a carpet that fit exactly within the home insurance budget and was even a small upgrade from what we had previously!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and did not rush me. She also recommended alternatives which helped me to make my final selection. The process was smooth and efficient. My selection was in-stock so installation was quick and very professional.

This is my second time dealing with DeSitter flooring and I couldn't be happier. I appreciated Paul's tireless work helping me find just the right carpet at the right price. The crew came this morning and installed the carpet in record time with accommodation to some of my extra requests as they were replacing the furniture back in the room.
