We had a great experience with DeSitter in Glen Ellyn. I knew what I was looking for and Paul was able to pull samples immediately, they were perfect! The installation crew was great and vacuumed everything when they were cleaning up. I would highly recommend them as well as Paul!

We used DeSitter Flooring today for the first time to carpet two bedrooms upstairs. The staff was tremendously helpful in matching our carpet with our paint selection. The installation crew took great care to protect or walls and stairs when bringing in the carpet. They were very courteous and made sure everything was cleaned and vaccumed before leaving. I had three quotes for this project. DeSitter was the best price and was able to install very quickly. I highly recommend them for their quality services.

This was a repair after a flood. The original carpet was purchased from DeSitter a few years back. Thanks to the quality of the carpet, it was dried out and able to be saved. A new pad was ordered and a team was scheduled to perform its installation along with re-installing the carpet. From the initial call for service to the field repair, it was handled promptly and professionally. The service crew was also very polite and professional. We will purchase additional carpet from DeSitter. Nice work!
