Fantastic! Paul Massey was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I tried to figure out the best solution for my stair runner. He came over to do the measure himself and even popped in during the installation. I have since recommended DeSitter and Paul in particular on the website "GlenEllyn Eparents". We have ordered several custom cut rugs from DeSitter and they have all be extremely high quality. We have two cats and a dog and the rugs we have purchased have been beautiful and pet proof. Terry helped us find great patterns. We also have a runner on our stairs which has been very durable in a high traffic area. We highly recommend DeSitter for great products and excellent customer service.

Hardwood floors 1st floor, stairs changed to oak. Great installers, wonderful material & finish. New carpeting and a 'dip ' in the floor on the second level. Looks wonderful and so nice not to feel that dip that was there from original construction so long. Finally a beautiful runner put on the stairs. Great pattern and again great installers did everything on site for a great fit. Would recommend and use DeSitters again!😃👍

Am very happy with DeSItter. Their pricing was significantly better than a competitor for the very same carpet. They made the process easy and straightforward. The installers were professional and were careful with all my furniture. I just withheld one star because there were some mechanical issues with a small area of our floor configuration that came up (and I am withholding my judgement to make sure our solution lasts.) The carpet looks BEAUTIFUL!

Happy with the install. My actual install date was moved around quite a few times. I was initially told that I would receive a gift card for a referral. I referred a neighbor who is getting carpet next week and I'm now being told that they don't give anything for referrals.

We recently purchased carpet for the bedrooms in our home. We worked with Tim at the Glen Ellyn location, who was extremely helpful in finding the right fit for our family.
