Found the prices to be a bit more than other places but the service was worth it. Friendly and helpful in the showroom; delivery when promised; installers careful of painted baseboards and did full cleanup afterwards.

We went to the new store in Glen Ellyn. The sales representatives were very helpful and accommodating. The installers were great. We have beautiful new carpet and couldn't be happier. We will definitely go to DeSitter for future flooring needs.

We had three rooms done and the installers had a system and it was done quickly. I love the padding, it's so soft to walk on. Our salesman Tim was very helpful.
