Tim was very knowledgeable about the carpets I was viewing and steered me away from those that might not be best for my needs. The installation process was smooth even though it was delayed a week.
Everything went really well. They crew was really professional and keep us involved in what they were doing next and if it fit into our schedule. They cleaned up afterwards and my wife and I would highly recommend them to our friends.
This was my second purchase from DeSitter. My salesman, Paul M., was extremely helpful. Asking all the right questions so he could explain the different carpets available to me that would fit my needs and my budget. The installers were very professional, courteous and right on time! Could not have been more pleased. Will definitely return to DeSitter for future flooring needs and would not hesitate recommending their services to my family and friends.
We just had new carpeting installed by DeSitter and it was very professional from the sales Person rightbupntonthe installation process. The carpeting was installed on our bedroom. They recommended the right kind of ' pet proof' product. I will definitely refer people to DeSitter in the future.

The gentlemen were polite and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after they were finished and even vacuumed the hall and the elevator in my condo building. I have been a customer since 1970 and will continue to see Allan as long as I am buying carpets.
