Hana was so professional and helpful with both our hardwood flooring and carpet selection, planning, and advice. Alicia was fantastic in coordinating our schedules for installations. We had a unique carpet need when we came to DeSitter. We wanted to order carpet treads only, for our newly refinished stairs in our home, not a stair runner. After contacting a few other carpet stores with no success, we contacted DeSitter, thinking they too would turn us down. Todd and Ivan did an excellent job installing our hardwood floors, very efficient and neat.
From start to finish, this was a good experience. Worked with Hana to pick out flooring and design. Jesse and his crew removed the old flooring and replaced with Karndean vinyl tiles. They did an excellent job.
