We came to DeSitters because of the reviews and they have lived up to their excellent reputation! The craftsmanship with our installation was outstanding! Hana was so professional and helpful with both our hardwood flooring and carpet selection, planning, and advice. Alicia was fantastic in coordinating our schedules for installations. We had a unique carpet need when we came to DeSitter. We wanted to order carpet treads only, for our newly refinished stairs in our home, not a stair runner. After contacting a few other carpet stores with no success, we contacted DeSitter, thinking they too would turn us down. Todd and Ivan did an excellent job installing our hardwood floors, very efficient and neat.
From start to finish, this was a good experience. Worked with Hana to pick out flooring and design. Jesse and his crew removed the old flooring and replaced with Karndean vinyl tiles. They did an excellent job.
The delivery people were very efficient and professional.
Tim carefully assessed our goals and provided a detailed, competitive proposal. We moved forward with confidence being fully informed of what to expect. Anthony’s oversight of the install assured a smooth process. The A+ CREW, Renat and Michael were phenomenal; prompt, respectful, organized, hard-working and experienced professionals who meticulously completed our project one day early! The installers were excellent. They moved our existing furniture and protected our wood floors before beginning the installation. They also cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend DeSitter to anyone looking for a top notch service.
