Everybody from the delivery to the installation was extremely professional.
We had our entire second floor-4 bedrooms, a loft and the stairs re-carpeted and we were very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the installers. Got good advice from our sales person too.
We love the new hardwood floor for the entire house. Paul did an excellent job to help us from the beginning to the end. The installer Andy’s team was really easy to work with, they also did a great job beyond our expectations. Beautiful job!
A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT REVIEW: We would echo the very positive comments of others regarding the selection and installation of our new hardwood floors, but there is more to the story. There was an aspect of the final installation that was not DeSitter's full responsibility, but rather it was ours. A third party that was selected did some very poor work, work that detracted from the beauty of the overall project. On 2 separate occasions over the last several months we have had 3 bedrooms re-carpeted and a laminate floor installed. In all cases, the workmanship was excellent and the installers were prompt and courteous. We are very pleased with the results.
Although the planking of the church kitchen floor took longer than anticipated, we are very happy with how the floor looks. There were a lot of pipes and counters to work around and it looks good! We are using DeSitter again for some church carpeting. The salesman returned my email vs. another company that never responded back to do the work! Thanks, DeSitter.

We wanted flooring that is easy to maintain, durable and beautiful to replace the outdated (and hard to clean!) porcelain tile on our main floor. Paul Massey at the Glen Ellyn location helped us select Mohawk Revwood and it looks amazing! Tony led a team of hard-working, skilled and courteous workers to demolish the old and install the new floor.
