Great experience. Install was done well and quickly. There was enough of a remnant to make a runner for my front stairs so very economical way to update that.
On time, got to work right away, and a beautiful product. All this equals a happy customer.
From the consultation to installation, La Grange DeSitter staff was knowledgeable, professional, on time and helpful. We feel like we just moved into a new home with merely new carpeting.
Paul did an excellent job explaining the pluses and minuses of certain carpets. He was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The quality of installation was C-. The men did a fine job of seaming the carpets and pulling it tight but they left marks on the painted baseboard where the tool they used to pull the carpet rubbed against the baseboard. Excellent help and advice at the Glen Ellyn location. Joanne worked with us until we found exactly the right carpet solution for our bedroom! The installers arrived on time, were polite and careful and the installed carpet looks SO beautiful!!!
