Paul did an excellent job explaining the pluses and minuses of certain carpets. He was patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The quality of installation was C-. The men did a fine job of seaming the carpets and pulling it tight but they left marks on the painted baseboard where the tool they used to pull the carpet rubbed against the baseboard. (I didn't watch them work but wonder if that could have been prevented by their using a towel or rag as a backing to the tool. Perhaps, a cloth would have prevente... read more
Excellent help and advice at the Glen Ellyn location. Joanne worked with us until we found exactly the right carpet solution for our bedroom! The installers arrived on time, were polite and careful and the installed carpet looks SO beautiful!!!
