The selection was very good. The sales agent was knowledgeable and helpful. However, it took too long to receive the material (Vinyl plank flooring).

We started with DeSitter as new homeowners in Lombard, but felt we should get a few more opinions as we are new to the whole “stair runner world.” What a mistake. Other stores were not very helpful or knowledgeable, said any carpet can be made into a stair runner. Seriously!?? DeSitter removed an entire townhome of pet-stained carpet and replaced it within one day. Karen is always so great to work with - it was an efficient and easy process. She kept my budget in mind and got the job done quickly! The team left the townhome clean and spotless when they were finished.

We had old ceramic tile removed in our kitchen and bathroom. New COREtec Tiles installed in both rooms, looks fantastic! Install went as planned over three days, and installers showed up when promised. Second time using De Sitter for flooring and would recommend them for any flooring job.
