We had a pretty big job (1400 sf) replacing carpet to sell our home. DeSitter had nice carpet at a good price, and they put 2 crews on our job so they could get it all done in one day. They were careful and efficient, and the installation quality was first-rate. No surprises. I would definitely use them again...if we weren't moving out of IL.

The two gentlemen who removed the old carpet were very considerate and careful when moving the furniture out of the area. The other two gentlemen who installed the carpet did such a wonderful job that we would recommend Desitter to all our friends.

We had tried a couple of places before going to DeSitters in Glen Ellyn. Our salesperson Hana was terrific and carpet selection was impressive. Both the gentleman that came to measure and the installers were very professional and the installation was terrific.

Our experience was wonderful at Desitter, salesperson Paul was very helpful with picking out the perfect bedroom flooring. Installation was done so professionally crew moved furniture and put it all back in the proper place. Love the flooring and we have strongly recommended Destter to family and friends.. Looking for new flooring for 3 more rooms, Destter will be our choice.

I appreciated the experience at DeSitter in Glen Ellyn! Hana was helpful in sharing options for our new floor. She was very informative as we considered hardwood and vinyl. We love the vinyl product. The installation team was fantastic - super neat, diligent, and hard working. (Clarity on pricing could be improved.)
