Installers were very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job. Carpet is an excellent quality. We love the carpet and would definitely recommend DeSitter. Alan Bueke was great to work with.

The office and installation crew at DeSitter are AMAZING! Scheduling was easy and convenient. The installation crew was friendly and EXTREMELY competent! I LOVE my carpet and they did a wonderful job managing the installation process! My stair case runner had a tricky pattern...they sent out a professional to do a template before installation. The runner was precut and trimmed perfectly and looks soooooo beautiful! Thank you!!

Replaced bedroom carpeting with Preverco wood flooring. Job was completed in one day as promised. Crew was professional, courteous and thorough in their work. Very satisfied.

The process from estimate through completion was well organized and accurate. We had our first floor wood floors refinished, stained, etc. and some minor repairs made. The work quality was excellent and communications throughout the process were very good. We had gotten estimates from several other independent contractors but they were disorganized and non-specific. With Desitter we knew exactly what would happen and when, and they had a highly competitive price!

We have had two great experiences with Karen at the La Grange location. She is always very knowledgable and has had the perfect solution for our needs. The first purchase was for carpet for the entire basement of our home. The installer was great and it was done quickly. Our second purchase was for an area rug in our dining room. Excellent service and terrific selection of carpeting. Terri Maliska was very helpful and generous with her time and came to our house twice to assist in the selection process. We are very happy overall with the final result! The Coretec Plus HD plank flooring looks fabulous in our home's addition, along with the new baseboards we had installed. We had a somewhat complicated job with several layers of old fooring/underlayment, but Allan and Anthony worked with us closely--including house calls--to get the quote and job specifications outlined.
