The experience was very good. I believe there could have been better communication concerning order timing and install. The installer Jerry is a true professional and did a great job.

Paul at the Glen Ellyn store was great to work with and really helped us with all the options for our job. Todd, Oscar and the rest of the team that did the installation of new wood floor and refinish of our current floor were fantastic. Todd communicated each step of the way and always quickly answered our daily text questions with knowledge and patience. Great experience and we love our floors !
Alan did an excellent job walking us through our options for a stair runner. We found several that we liked, but Alan suggested other materials that would last longer. In all cases, Alan's suggestions were less money that the samples we liked. He said they would last longer and also look nice. Well, he was right --- the runner looks great and the installation was perfect!!
Needless to say that the carpeting we ordered was beautiful. It totally transformed our den.But what we really appreciated was the work ethic and professionalism of the installers. They were great.
The folks at Desitter are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their floor covering products. The installation staff was efficient and did a nice job. The also cleaned up after the work was completed.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the professionalism exhibited. We have purchased from DeSitter over the years and have always come away extremely satisfied.
