We received excellent service from DeSitter Flooring in Glen Ellyn. Our sales rep Hanah was not only very patient with us, but also extremely helpful. Robert, our installer, did a fantastic and thorough job. We will be using DeSitter again.

I was looking for a simple 12'x12' area rug and couldn't find many options online. I went to DeSitter flooring because I heard they could make area rugs out of carpeting. I had a very small budget, but the salesperson was still very attentive and patient. He showed me options within my range and didn't try to persuade me to buy something more expensive. I had a great experience with DeSitter in Glen Ellyn from start to finish. I was able to take home multiple samples, try them out in my space and then get estimates for each carpet. The measurement was done within two days. The ordering and install was very prompt. The installers did a great job!
