We had new carpet installed and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with DeSitter Flooring. Tim was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. The installers were also terrific! They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. Everything looks great!! I would definitely recommend Tim O’Brien with DeSitter Flooring in Glen Ellyn!

From the moment I walked into the store to when the carpet was installed I was informed and supported. The staff was super helpful and professional and helped us find what we needed at an affordable price. I would highly recommend DeSitter to anyone!

Karen, from the LaGrange store, was a dream to work with. We knew we wanted to change the flooring we had, but we weren't sure which direction we should go. She was very patient, asked the right questions to help narrow things down and lead us to our decisions. The product they have to offer is outstanding.
