All DeSitter personnel went above and beyond in their effort to satisfy me after the product I insisted upon to match previous installations by another flooring company, that DeSitter did not normally handle, was provided by the manufacturer but did not meet quality specifications. This occurred over a five month period wherein five lots of material were rejected. Tim was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. The installers were also terrific! They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional.
