All DeSitter personnel went above and beyond in their effort to satisfy me after the product I insisted upon to match previous installations by another flooring company, that DeSitter did not normally handle, was provided by the manufacturer but did not meet quality specifications. We had new carpet installed and are just so completely satisfied. It was really refreshing to work with DeSitter Flooring. Tim was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs and budget. The installers were also terrific! They were wonderfully knowledgeable and professional. From the moment I walked into the store to when the carpet was installed I was informed and supported. The staff was super helpful and professional and helped us find what we needed at an affordable price. I would highly recommend DeSitter to anyone!
The Glen Ellyn team, especially Tim, offered excellent and prompt service with our laminate order. We are happy with the product and would recommend comparing DeSitter to the big box stores.

Karen, from the LaGrange store, was a dream to work with. We knew we wanted to change the flooring we had, but we weren't sure which direction we should go.
