We are longtime customers of DeSitter and were again totally delighted with our experience buying carpeting for our bedrooms. The Alan, our sales person was exceptionally helpful and even found us a lower priced remnant for our closets. The installers were professional and friendly. We are DeSitter customers for life.

We were extremely pleased with the caliber of support we had through all stages of our recent re-carpeting project. We have been dealing with DeSitter for more than 40 years with multiple residences. They have always been great. They give us good advice and carpeting at reasonable prices. Their installers have always been professional...prompt...and thorough. We wouldn't use another company for our carpeting needs.

It was a great experience dealing with Paul Massey, the person who came to measure and the carpet installers who were on time and did a great job. Paul was very patient and explained everything and gave us advice. We did have pictures so it was easy. This was a rather small job, putting a runner on stairs and a matching area rug. We are very happy and will recommend to any friends and or family.
