Wanted a dark grey, low pile carpet for office. Made the selection. When it was installed, it turned out to be more blue than grey. My salesperson knew i was looking for grey and should have let me know that this selection would have been more blue. Nevertheless, after installation of the carpet, my wall color looked horrible with the color of the carpet. I ended up quickly repainting and now it looks great!

Our sales person Alan did a great job listening to what we wanted and made great suggestions. Our order was available when he said it would be. Our install team was on time, professional and very competent. For these reasons we keep going back to DeSitter for our flooring needs.

Paul did a great job helping my Mother and I with the carpet selection. There is so much to choose from, but he was able to narrow the selection down to where is was easier to choose. Installation went great too. We are happy with the purchase.

I had a crew come out to fix a torn up piece of carpeting caused by our dog choosing it for a meal. I went into the office on a Tuesday and the guys were here by Thursday. The guys were extremely professional and did a great job. We cannot even tell where the problem was. Thank you Desitter !!!
