Had a great experience from the initial phone call answered by Tim, to meeting with Tim several hours later, then having the measurements taken by none other than, wait for it...., TIM!!!. No he didn't install the carpet as well but the guys who did were efficient, pleasant, and capable. The price was competitive and the product that Time sold us is high quality.

Having used DeSitter in the past for our home, I contacted them about a commercial project for our company. Tim Kelliher was great to work with and was very accommodating to our design needs. We wanted a very specific design that we had developed and he helped set up meetings with the carpet manufacturer so we could make it happen. Our salesman, Paul, was excellent in showing us what we wanted. The measurement guy came out the next day. We ordered that week and had new carpet in our basement before you know it. Everyone from start to finish was professional and we love our carpet!
