We first went to DeSitter at the recommendation of a friend who raved about them and it didn't take us long to see why. We explained our needs (something durable to hold up with my pet sitting guests while still being attractive). Tim was so easy to work with, funny, relaxed, informative, no pressure at all. We were so delighted with our experience that we went back a second time when another room was due for an upgrade. And I'm sure we will be back again (I'm looking at you, stair runner and office...)

We had our 100 year old stairs carpeted. They turned out beautiful and most of the squeaks went away too. Our salesperson Karen was most helpful.
