We worked with Joanne Voll on selecting carpet for our staircase and our four second floor bedrooms. She gave us great advice on style, texture, and color, including the recommendation of a different coordinating carpet for our stair runner and landing. The new carpet looks and feels great! The installers were skilled and prompt. We would highly recommend DeSitter for excellent quality, service, and value.

I ordered carpet for a single room in a new house on a budget. They gave me a fair price on a product that exceeded expectations. There was an unfortunate error made by the mill and my carpet was delayed, so DeSitter fully carpeted that one room in a suitable product until my final carpet was delivered and installed.

I went into DeSitters and found exactly the carpeting I wanted. Terri also gave us options about another area's flooring. We were not familiar with this material but ended up choosing it. It looks great. The installers were very professional and worked with us on the stairway which was a challenge. They worked extremely hard and it was a long day but they finished.
