Very knowledgeable and professional sales staff. Store showroom is well designed and allows the customer a wide variety of flooring samples. I have used DeSitters in the past and have yet to have any problem. Installation is quickly scheduled and professionally done. They have earned a 5 star rating!!

She gave us great advice on style, texture, and color, including the recommendation of a different coordinating carpet for our stair runner and landing. The new carpet looks and feels great! I ordered carpet for a single room in a new house on a budget. They gave me a fair price on a product that exceeded expectations. There was an unfortunate error made by the mill and my carpet was delayed, so DeSitter fully carpeted that one room in a suitable product until my final carpet was delivered and installed.
