Working with DeSitter was a pleasure. I had a somewhat difficult job. A stair runner with three turn, leading up to a hallway runner with many turns. The last carpet I had installed was very expensive and lasted only 4 years. I realize now that it was installed improperly and hastily, causing it to wear too quickly. We love our rug. Our salesperson helped us order carpeting that was bound on the edges to create a very large area rug that looks gorgeous! She coordinated delivery to our second home in Florida at a reasonable price. I was hesitant to order in Glen Ellyn for a Florida home but the selection and service was better than anything we found in Florida.

Imagine how overwhelming it is to replace 22-year old carpeting! So many options! Joanne was so helpful with showing us carpet options that best met our needs at an affordable price, and making the installation arrangements. The installation went smoothly as well. The installers let us know when they would arrive, and were highly skilled in getting the carpet installed quickly and efficiently. Based on our experience, I'd highly recommend DeSitter Flooring!
