From beginning to end, this process with DeSitter was a very positive experience. Our salesperson Joanne was excellent-- very patient and helpful. The installation crew was very good-- they were neat, punctual, and efficient.

Terri was the salesperson who helped me. She was great! She came out to my house right away and things were picked out and ordered. There was a delay in the order, but Terri called me right away and let me know what my options were. I didn't change a thing and now my runner is installed. I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend Terri to work with.
