I had 3 large rooms plus 2 separate closets done. The sales experience was very positive and helpful. The installation was a breeze - professional, quick and clean. I would definitely use DeSitter again.

Terry, our salesperson, has been great. Always very professional but really went out of her way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Also, the gentlemen delivering the product were also super nice and very professional as well. The floors have been covered so haven't been able to fully inspect or utilize them yet but the small part that I saw looked great. Overall a great experience. Thank you!
My sales person was helpful and knowledgeable. I am really happy with the carpet thus far (obviously time will tell) The installers cleaned up after the job and seemed to do quality work. (I am a little concerned about the non-bound edges of the carpet, primarily where it meets the tile floor- will it unravel???) I mentioned this to the installer and he assured me all was good.
Our experience at DeSitter in LaGrange was delightful. Allan made the search for our family room carpeting extremely easy...even with a huge selection. He was most professional and kept us informed right up to installation. Our installers were great...came on time, removed the old, laid the new, cleaned up perfectly. Certainly returning for our carpeting needs.
