De Sitter has carpeted our family room , basement, and replaced carpeting on our second floor throughout the years. When we had a water leak and needed our entire basement redone, Tim at DeSitter was very helpful. He suggested carpeting that they carried in stock which was durable and at a good price point. He coordinated the ordering and delivery. The reason I rated DeSitter 4 stars is the scheduling department. We had new carpeting installed in our basement and a patch done on some existing carpeting. Both turned out to our complete satisfaction and the patch even exceeded the very best we'd expected beforehand. Great work all the way around (which we find to be typical of DeSitter)!

We were very happy with the support received on the product options and carpet selection. The product quality was very strong. The one disappointment we had was that our delivery time was missed. We appreciated the efforts the company made to ultimately install our carpet.
